Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate. Refunds: Prepaid sessions are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Package sessions can be transferred to another person or credited toward a different service, but are not refundable. If there’s an emergency or unexpected situation, just reach out — we’re human too and will always do our best to work with you.
